What We Do

Flourish Sphere Foundation implements women empowerment programmes that promote social inclusion, economic independence, and leadership. We focus on equipping women with the tools, confidence, and resources needed to participate fully in community life and economic activity. Skill Development & Capacity Building

We design and deliver comprehensive skill development and capacity building programmes that cater to women’s aspirations and local market needs. These include training in vocational skills, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, safe work practices, communication, and financial management. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and career guidance, we support women in building skills that increase employability and income-earning opportunities.

Economic Empowerment & Livelihood Support

Economic independence is a key pillar of women’s empowerment. We help women access livelihood opportunities by facilitating skill-based training, job placements, micro-enterprise support, business mentorship, and market linkages. Awareness & Rights Education
